Code of Conduct

I'm committed to making interaction with my projects, content, and spaces a harassment-free experience for everyone — regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, caste, color, religion, or sexual identity and orientation. I ask you to do the same, and to help keep this a welcoming, inclusive, and healthy space.

Things that make this a good space:

• Being kind, patient, and empathetic toward others
• Respecting different opinions, viewpoints, and experiences
• Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback
• Owning our mistakes and apologizing to those affected
• Using welcoming, inclusive language
• Being generous with help, especially to beginners

Things that aren't okay:

• Sexualized language or imagery, or unwelcome advances
• Trolling, insults, derogatory comments, or personal and political attacks
• Public or private harassment
• Sharing others' private information without permission
• Spam, excessive self-promotion, or off-topic noise
• Anything else that would be inappropriate in a professional setting

This applies across my spaces, including:

• My websites and the tools, apps, and demo projects I build
• Blog comments (via Giscus / GitHub Discussions)
• My GitHub repositories — issues, pull requests, and open-source contributions
• Emails, messages, and calls
• Social media interactions related to my work

Since I use third-party platforms for some of these (like GitHub), their rules apply alongside this one.

As the owner of these spaces, it's on me to clarify these standards and to act fairly when something crosses the line. I may edit or remove contributions, and block or restrict access, when behavior doesn't align with this Code of Conduct — and I'll explain why when it makes sense to.

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please let me know:

I'll review every report promptly and fairly, and I'll respect the privacy of whoever reports. It helps to include what happened, when and where, and any links or screenshots.

Depending on what happened, I may respond with:

• A quiet word: a private note explaining what was out of line, sometimes with the content edited or removed.
• A warning: with clear consequences if it continues.
• A temporary block: a break from interacting with my spaces for a set period.
• A permanent ban: for repeated or serious violations, including harassment.

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant , version 2.1, with enforcement guidelines inspired by Mozilla's code of conduct enforcement ladder .
